Coffee Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:
- 7-8 dates
- 2 tbsp coffee powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1.5 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Cocoa powder for garnish
METHOD:
- In a bowl, soak the dates in coffee and water for some time.
- Add the soaked dates, coffee, and water to a blender along with the vanilla essence, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a serving mug and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
- Serve and enjoy your creamy, coffee-flavoured treat!
