Chai Hot Chocolate
East meets West in this stress-busting concoction. What's not to like?! It's got chai and it's got chocolate!
INGREDIENTS:
250 ml milk
2 tsp tea powder
2 pieces Star Anise
1 stick Cinnamon
100 grams dark chocolate
100 ml cream
METHOD:
Boil the milk with the tea powder and spices in a flame-proof glass kettle or a saucepan.
To make the ganache, mix together chopped dark chocolate and hot cream in a saucepan and stir until
combined.
Once the tea comes to a boil, pour it over the ganache and stir well.
Boil the hot chocolate once again until the mixture thickens.
Serve hot with a side of cookies!
