What is the cleaning process?
All parts of the HealthPro Slow Juicer detach for cleaning. After juicing, disassemble the juice filter, juicer gear, juicer jug, and pulp collector jug. Rinse each part under running water. Use the included cleaning brush to scrub pulp from the filter mesh on both sides. For stubborn residue from beetroot or ginger, soak the parts in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes before brushing. The container is dishwasher safe. Do not immerse the motor unit in water. The entire cleaning process takes about 3 to 5 minutes.

Can I put a whole fruit in the juicer or do I need to cut it into pieces?
The HealthPro has an 80mm wide feeding tube, which is large enough for small to medium fruits like oranges and apples cut in half. Larger fruits like pineapple and watermelon need to be cut into pieces that fit the tube. Grapes, berries, and small amla can go in whole. As a general rule, cut produce into pieces roughly the size of your fist or smaller for the best extraction.

The juicer will separate the almond pulp from the milk. You can strain the milk through a fine cloth if you want it smoother. Cashew milk and oat milk can be made the same way.
Can it make coconut milk?
Yes. Break open a fresh coconut and remove the white flesh. Cut the flesh into small pieces and feed them through the juicer with water. The juicer will press the coconut and separate the cream from the pulp. For thinner milk, add more water during extraction. Fresh coconut milk made this way is thicker and more flavourful than packaged versions.
