    The product was not broken at the time of delivery and looks very classy. I gifted it to my husband on his birthday because it was his favorite mug, unfortunately the previous one we had were broken so I found it on borosil website. Interesting fact, this was the last peice and at a discounted rate, the product available on amazon was too expensive.
