Worst Product

Take a look at your product. First, there was an issue with the lid, and now the color is starting to fade within just 4 days—even though I'm not even using it outdoors. I only fill it with water and keep it in the fridge, and still, this is the condition. I didn’t expect Borosil to let the quality degrade like this! I’ve used a Borosil lunch box before and never faced any problems, but now your product has become substandard. The bottle’s color has started peeling off from the bottom in just 4 days. I didn’t expect this from such a reputed brand. Borosil is no longer worth recommending.

Borosil Grip n Sip Black, Personalise, 1 L

Quality of product is not as expected

In the product specification section there is not clearly mention about hot to hot and cold to cold water as a consumer who buys for the first time how can he figure out for cold or hot water this is plain bottle if the quality is like this then rather i would prefer food grade plastic bottle. very disappoint.

Hi Gaurang ,
We are sorry you are not satisfied with the product.
We’ve requested additional details by email.
Please provide that information so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Thanks

The sipping lid is little loose so it's leaking through it when we turn side wise

Sleek, light and great personalised stainless steel bottle

Love this Borosil personalised bottle! Super sturdy, great for daily use and gym workouts. The custom name adds a nice touch—makes it a thoughtful gift too. Stylish, durable, and practical!

Thank you for your feedback Aman!

Terrible / Defective Product

Defective product received. What is surprising is that the return / replacement process is pathetic. It may take 15 days or sometime more to get your defective product return or replaced. I wonder what quality check they are performing if they are sending defective products to customers and then harassing on the name of return/ replacement process.

Hi Babneet
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
