Customers praised the double-wall glass tumbler for its premium, elegant appearance and robust design. However, some reported quality inconsistencies, with newer versions feeling lighter and thinner than earlier purchases. Issues with packing led to breakage, and size variations between tumblers in sets disappointed some shoppers. Most found it good quality but expensive.

I ordered for Borosil Milano Double Wall Glass Tumbler, Set of 2 and was dissappointed to receive two, which are not identical but having visible variation in size and capacity. In the picture attached the left glass in smaller and NOT identical. The disappointed was more since I was dealing with a reputed company and expected a high standard in quality. Maybe, the business model adopted does not prioritise quality.
