    Poor packing poor gifting experience.

    The item lost it's value due to poor original packing and no material included for the use and care of the Copper Bottle. The box it came in was damaged and not use able due to so many dents and dispatch labels. It was supposed to be a premium gift but was given without it's original and genuine packing loosing much value in the process.

    Honestly, i would have given zero if i could. There's no doubt about it that you have a good product but the way it was delivered i had to call dhelivery your delivery partners and borosils customer care as well. After complaining and few back n forth i received the product 4 days late from actual delivery date and it was a birthday gift for someone. So you guys lack in basics and have zero clue of whats going around after someone buys from your website. For me, it doesn't even matter how the product is not gonna order again.
