INGREDIENTS -
- 200g raw Maggi noodles
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp fine semolina
- 2 tbsp Maggi seasoning
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- A few chopped green chilies
- Water (as needed to make a batter)
- 2 tsp oil (for cooking)
METHOD -
Prepare the Maggi Powder:
In a blender jar, grind 200g of raw Maggi noodles into a fine powder.
Make the Batter:
In a bowl, combine the prepared Maggi powder with:
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 2 tbsp Maggi seasoning
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 medium-sized chopped onion
- A few chopped green chilies
Gradually add water as needed to form a smooth dosa-like batter.
Cook the Dosa:
- Heat 2 tsp oil on a non-stick pan.
- Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan and spread it lightly.
- Let it cook until a golden crust forms on the bottom.
Fold the dosa and serve hot with podi and ghee chutney.
