High protein breakfast wrap

This breakfast wrap is a wholesome mix of creamy feta, perfectly baked eggs, fresh basil, and the goodness of avocado and tomatoes, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Drizzle with Sriracha for a spicy kick, and you’ve got a nutritious, high-protein start to your day!

INGREDIENTS -

  • Feta cheese

  • Eggs

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • Fresh basil

  • Tortilla

  • Tomato slices

  • Avocado

  • Sriracha (optional)

METHOD -

  1. Preheat your oven. In a baking dish, add the feta, eggs, salt, and pepper. Bake until the eggs are fully cooked.

  2. Once cooked, stir everything together until it forms a creamy mixture. Add the fresh basil and mix gently.

  3. To assemble the wrap, place tomato slices on one side of the tortilla. Add avocado slices on top of the tomatoes.

  4. Spoon the creamy egg mixture over the avocado, then fold the tortilla over the filling.

  5. Cut the wrap into quesadilla-shaped wedges and drizzle with Sriracha, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
