Silky, creamy, and bursting with caramelized sweetness! This comforting pasta dish combines golden onions, garlic, and cream with a kick of chili oil for a restaurant-worthy meal.

INGREDIENTS -
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
- A drizzle of chili oil
- 1/2 cup cream
- Boiled spaghetti pasta (quantity as desired)
METHOD -
Caramelize the Onions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions with a pinch of salt.
- Cook the onions slowly, stirring occasionally, until they’re golden and caramelized (about 20–25 minutes).
Add Garlic
- When the onions are soft and caramelized, add the chopped garlic.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Make the Sauce
- Lower the heat and pour in the cream.
- Stir to combine, allowing the cream to thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chili oil and mix well.
Combine with Pasta
- Add the boiled spaghetti pasta to the skillet.
- Toss to coat the pasta in the creamy, caramelized onion sauce.
Garnish and Serve
- Transfer the pasta to serving plates.
- Drizzle with chili oil and garnish with chopped parsley.
