    The packaging & handling were so poor , that even as I collected the parcel, broken glass was rattling inside. I told the Delivery guy that I would like to open before I paid COD. But that was not possible. I had shattered glass all over our dining table and floor while I opened the parcel. On complaining, a replacement is being sent. However, I reserve further feedback till I receive that parcel intact.

    Received broken piece

    One glass was broken, I did not had time to return it so i kept it. Also, the another parcel i received was broken, borosil should think about changing the delivery partner .
