Before you get started, make sure your air fryer is clean & ready to be used!


5 Recipes for breakfast to dinner (and more) - let's roll! 


Breakfast: Idli Fry

Rich in probiotics, idlis are a great breakfast choice. Prepared with ease, speed, and leftover idlis to cut down on your prep time.


Step 1 - Cut your idlis into small bite-sized pieces. Make sure not to cut them too small or they will turn overly crispy.

Step 2 - Spray the air fryer basket with little oil. Then, add the idli bites.

Step 3 - Air fry at 195°C for 10-15 minutes, till the idlis are lightly crispy on the outside. You can fry them for longer depending on your crisp preference!

Step 4 - Serve them fresh with ketchup or a dip of your choice.


Lunch: Paneer Tikka

High in calcium and vitamin D, paneer strengthens your bones. The smokey and spicy marinade will surely be a treat to your tastebuds!


Tikka Ingredients Needed:

  1. 450g Paneer (cut into 1-inch thick pieces)
  2. 1 Bell Pepper (cut into 1.5-inch thick pieces)
  3. 1 Onion (cut into 1-inch chunks)

Marinade Ingredients Needed:

  1. 3/4th cup Dahi
  2. 2tbsp Oil
  3. 2tbsp Lime Juice
  4. 1tbsp Besan Flour
  5. 2tsp Ginger (crushed or grated)
  6. 2tsp Garlic (crushed or grated)
  7. 1tbsp Kasuri Methi
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1tsp Garam Masala
  10. 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
  11. 1tsp Chaat Masala
  12. 1tsp Dhaniya Powder
  13. 3/4tsp Haldi Powder
  14. Skewers

Step 1 - In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, oil, lime juice, besan flour, minced ginger, garlic, kasuri methi, salt, and all the spices.

Step 2 - Add your chopped paneer pieces, pepper, and onion to the marinade.

Step 3 - Arrange paneer, peppers, and onions on the skewers, alternating with a paneer cube and then a few slices of peppers and onions.

Step 4 - Arrange your skewers 1/2 inch apart in the air fryer.

Step 5 - Cook at 180°C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip the skewers and spray your pieces with oil (if needed).

Step 6 - Serve fresh with rotis or naan!


Chai-time Snack: Aloo Samosas

Enjoy your hot cup of tea with delicious (and healthy) samosas. This recipe is sure to double snack time excitement.


Ingredients Needed:

  1. ‌3-4pc Potatoes (boiled and smashed)
  2. ‌1tbsp Oil
  3. ‌1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. ‌1tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
  5. ‌2tbsp Peas
  6. ‌1tsp Turmeric Powder
  7. ‌Salt as per taste
  8. ‌2tbsp Coriander
  9. ‌1tsp Lemon Juice
  10. ‌10-12 Samosa Pattis
  11. ‌& your preferred chutneys!

Step 1 - In a kadhai, add oil and aromatics. Mix well and then add peas. 

Step 2 - Add masalas and then potatoes. Combine everything properly. Lastly, add coriander.

Step 3 - Using a samosa patti, make a triangle pocket, add the filling and then seal the edges.

Step 4 - Put them in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180°C or until it's golden brown and crispy!

Step 5 - Serve them warm with chutneys and pav. Enjoy!


Dinner - Fried Chicken

One would never expect 'Fried Chicken' to be healthy. Air fried with little to no oil, and with chicken being very high in protein - there's no way to argue that this is unhealthy!


Ingredients Needed:

  1. ‌500g Chicken Drumsticks
  2. ‌1tbsp Oil
  3. ‌1cup All Purpose Flour
  4. ‌Salt as per taste
  5. ‌2tsp Pepper
  6. ‌2tsp Oregano
  7. ‌2tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  8. ‌2pc Eggs
  9. ‌2cups Breadcrumbs

Step 1 - In a bowl, add oil, salt, pepper, and chicken. Marinate the chicken and keep it aside.

Step 2 - In another bowl, prepare flour, oregano, and chili flakes, mix and keep aside.

Step 3 - Break eggs in a bowl, whisk and keep aside.

Step 4 - Lastly, keep breadcrumbs on a plate, you can season them if you want to.

Step 5 - Take the marinated chicken, dredge it in flour, then dip it in the egg and lastly pat it in breadcrumbs.

Step 6 - Add the chicken to the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 7 - Serve with mayo and chips!


Dessert: Choco Lava Cake

Now, dessert goes to your heart, not to your stomach. But, you can still be slightly mindful of what goes to your heart. Satisfy your chocolate cravings with this delicious choco lava cake baked in the air fryer!


Cake Ingredients Needed:

  1. 1/2 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  2. 4tbsp butter
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  5. 1/4tsp Salt
  6. 3tbsp Maida
  7. 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Filling Ingredients Needed:

  1. 2tbsp Nutella
  2. 1tbsp Butter (softened)
  3. 1tbsp Powdered Sugar

Step 1 - Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.

Step 2 - In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and butter and heat until completely melted and smooth.

Step 3 - Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, and powdered sugar to the bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 4 - In a separate bowl, mix the Nutella, softened butter, and powdered sugar.

Step 5 - Prepare oven-safe bowls by spraying them with oil and fill each one-half full with the chocolate chip mixture. Add half of the Nutella filling to the center of each bowl, then top off with the remaining chocolate chip mixture ensuring the Nutella is covered.

Step 5 - Carefully place the lava cakes into the air fryer and cook for 8-11 minutes.

Step 6 - Carefully remove the lava cakes from the air fryer and allow them to cool for 5 minutes. Take a butterknife and run around the outside edges of the cake and flip it out onto a serving plate.

Step 7 - Top with ice cream, chocolate syrup, or other toppings of your choice!
