  • Kitchen Connection is a signature initiative by Borosil, created to make your kitchen more convenient, organized, and stylish using Borosil’s trusted range of kitchenware. By signing up for this Activity (hereinafter referred to as the “Revamp”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
  • The revamp will be limited to neatening, organizing, and beautifying the kitchen and dining space through cleaning, arrangement, and the addition of Borosil products. It will not include structural changes such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, repairs, or any form of civil modification.
  • Participants must provide accurate and complete details as requested in the sign-up form. Submission of all mandatory information is essential for an entry to be considered.
  • Each entry must include a valid Borosil order ID corresponding to a purchase made on the official Borosil website within the last three (3) months.
  • Winners will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries. Signing up does not guarantee selection.
  • Borosil reserves the right to review submitted images and videos to determine the suitability of the proposed kitchen for the Revamp.
  • Every shortlisted entry will require a recce (on-site evaluation) scheduled between Borosil and the participant. The final decision to proceed with the shoot will be made solely by Borosil on the basis of this recce.
  • If a shortlisted kitchen is found unsuitable at any stage—for reasons such as space limitations, safety concerns, or accessibility issues—Borosil reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternate winner.
  • By participating, entrants grant Borosil the right to:
    » Use submitted information, images, and videos for internal evaluation.

    » Use the final shoot output, including before/after footage, across Borosil platforms (digital, print, television, PR, social media, or any other medium) for perpetual, royalty-free usage without requiring further consent.
  • Participants waive any right to raise objections, disputes, or claims—present or future—regarding the use of such content.
  • All aspects of the shoot, production, and revamp execution will be managed entirely by Borosil’s team. The brand retains complete creative discretion over the final content published, which shall be final and binding.
  • The winner will receive Borosil products worth a minimum of ₹20,000 as part of the Revamp. The products will be chosen and provided by Borosil, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  • The shoot date will be mutually agreed upon between Borosil and the winner.
  • Any cancellation request must be communicated at least 10–15 days prior to the scheduled shoot. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  • Borosil reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Activity at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • The decision of Borosil in all matters relating to the Activity—including eligibility, winner selection, recce evaluation, execution of the Revamp, and publication of content—shall be final and binding.
