Aloo Samosas
Are you looking to make the ever-classic crispy and flaky samosas? Look no further. Your favourite triangle goodies are easy to make!
3-4pc Potatoes, boiled & smashed
1tbsp Oil
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tbsp Green Chillies, chopped
2tbsp Peas
1tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt, to taste
2tbsp Coriander
1tsp Lemon Juice
10-12 Samosa Patti
& your preferred chutneys!
METHOD:
- In a kadhai, add oil and aromatics. Mix well and then add peas.
- Add masalas and then potatoes. Combine everything properly. Lastly, add coriander.
- Using a samosa patti, make a triangle pocket, add the filling and then seal the edges.
- Put them in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180°C or until it's golden brown and crispy!
- Serve them warm with chutneys and pav. Enjoy!

A good product in the budget, a simple suggestion, please improve the quality of the jar and its lid, make them sturdier.
