Aloo Samosas
Are you looking to make the ever-classic crispy and flaky samosas? Look no further. Your favourite triangle goodies are easy to make!
INGREDIENTS: ‌


‌3-4pc Potatoes, boiled & smashed

‌1tbsp Oil

‌1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

‌1tbsp Green Chillies, chopped

‌2tbsp Peas

‌1tsp Turmeric Powder

‌Salt, to taste

‌2tbsp Coriander

‌1tsp Lemon Juice

‌10-12 Samosa Patti

‌& your preferred chutneys!


METHOD:


- In a kadhai, add oil and aromatics. Mix well and then add peas. 


- Add masalas and then potatoes. Combine everything properly. Lastly, add coriander.


- Using a samosa patti, make a triangle pocket, add the filling and then seal the edges.


- Put them in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180°C or until it's golden brown and crispy!


- Serve them warm with chutneys and pav. Enjoy!
