INGREDIENTS -
- Feta cheese
- Eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil
- Tortilla
- Tomato slices
- Avocado
- Sriracha (optional)
METHOD -
- Preheat your oven. In a baking dish, add the feta, eggs, salt, and pepper. Bake until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Once cooked, stir everything together until it forms a creamy mixture. Add the fresh basil and mix gently.
- To assemble the wrap, place tomato slices on one side of the tortilla. Add avocado slices on top of the tomatoes.
- Spoon the creamy egg mixture over the avocado, then fold the tortilla over the filling.
- Cut the wrap into quesadilla-shaped wedges and drizzle with Sriracha, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
