Cool, crunchy, and bursting with flavours! This simple cucumber salad is the perfect balance of spice, tang, and sweetness. Toss thinly sliced cucumbers with a blend of curd, red and green chillies, cumin powder, and a hint of honey for a refreshing side dish. Shake it up in a Borosil jar and enjoy it chilled with your favourite meal!

INGREDIENTS -


  • 1 Cucumber

  • Curd 250 gm

  • 1 Red chilli chopped 

  • 1 Green chilli chopped 

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Pink Salt (sendha namak)

  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp

  • Honey 1 tbsp 

  • Fresh coriander 1 tsp chopped

METHOD -


  • Slice the cucumber into thin slices, further add this in the Borosil jar, followed by the rest of the ingredients.

  • Shake it well and your cucumber salad is ready.

  • Serve chilled with your favourite food.
