Turmeric Tonic

Turmeric Tonic

This immunity booster and tastes like a million bucks. Keep this in tall glass jars and drink all day long.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 2

 

400 ml coconut water*

1" piece fresh turmeric

½" piece fresh root ginger

2 tbsp honey

A few sprigs fresh mint

Juice of 1 lime

Pinch of Himalayan rock salt

 

* Note:

You can experiment with coconut milk to make a turmeric latte. Skip the lime, mint and salt in that case. Use 200ml coconut milk for two servings of latte. Rest of the ingredients to taste.


METHOD:


• Place all the ingredients in the Nutrifresh blender jar and process until smooth.


• Strain. Taste and adjust sweetness.


• Serve in Vision glasses, at room temperature or chilled.
