Paneer Tikka Skewers
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Hung Curd/Thick Curd
1/2 cup Capsicum (diced)
Live Charcoal + Ghee
METHOD:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mustard oil and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add the remaining powdered spices, hung curd, kasuri methi, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Gently add capsicum and paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring thorough coating. Be careful not to break the paneer cubes.
3. Smoke the marinated paneer by placing live charcoal in a small bowl and pouring a few drops of ghee over it. Cover the bowl for 4-5 minutes to infuse a smoky flavour.
4. Skewer the marinated paneer and capsicum onto skewers and grill on a pan until charred on both sides.
5. Serve hot with mint chutney.
