Instant Milk Pedas
Crafted effortlessly in moments, these pedas offer a taste of tradition and comfort! Perfect for sharing joy during festivities or savouring a quick, indulgent moment with loved ones, these pedas offer a bite-sized delight that echoes the essence of homemade goodness.

INGREDIENTS


4 tbsp Ghee

2 cups Milk Powder

1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

1/4 cup Milk

Pista for garnishing

Kesar (Saffron) for garnishing



METHOD


1. In a kadhai, melt ghee over low heat.


2. Add milk powder, powdered sugar, and milk to the kadhai.


3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and cook for about 7 minutes on low flame until the mixture thickens.


4. Remove the mixture from heat and transfer it to a bowl. Allow it to cool.


5. Once the peda mixture has cooled down, take small portions and shape them into pedas using your hands.


6. Garnish the pedas with pista and kesar.


7. Serve and enjoy these delightful instant milk pedas!
