Chilli Oil Eggs

Start your day with a kick of flavor! These chilli oil eggs combine creamy richness with a spicy twist, perfect for those mornings when you want something more exciting than the usual breakfast. Quick to make and packed with taste, they’re a delicious way to elevate your everyday routine. Serve with toasted bread and enjoy the sizzle!

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp chilli oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh spring onion greens, chopped

METHOD:

  1. Pour fresh cream into a cold pan, add chilli oil, and mix well.

  2. Turn on the flame and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Crack eggs directly into the pan over the cream and chilli oil mixture.

  4. Add salt to taste.

  5. Let the eggs cook until done to your liking.

  6. Sprinkle freshly chopped spring onion greens over the eggs.

  7. Your spicy and creamy chilli oil eggs are ready! Serve hot with toasted bread and enjoy.
