INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp bread crumbs

1 cup processed cheese, grated

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

A pinch of salt

METHOD:

Mix together bread crumbs and grated cheese on a plate.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Once the mixture hardens, break it into pieces and blend with the powdered spices and salt until it forms a powder.
Store the cheese powder in an airtight container.
