Banana chocolate chip crepes

With just a few pantry staples and minimal prep, you can whip up a batch of thin, delicate crepes that are ideal for pairing with fresh fruit, rich chocolate spread, or your favorite toppings. Whether you're enjoying them on a lazy morning or serving them up for a crowd, these crepes bring a touch of elegance to any meal. Follow this easy recipe for a delicious, no-fuss indulgence!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter

Instructions:


Prepare the Batter

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and oil (or melted butter). Whisk until smooth. The batter should be thin and runny; if it’s too thick, add a bit more milk.


Heat the Pan
2. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of oil or butter.


Cook the Crepes
3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and immediately swirl it around to spread the batter thinly and evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift, the bottom is lightly golden, and bubbles form on the crepe.


Repeat
4. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you go.


Serve
5. Serve the crepes with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruits, whipped cream, chocolate spread, or syrup.
