Glass tumbler set praised for being "handy and cute" with appropriate sizing. Customers said quality is excellent, though some noted glass thickness is fragile. Shipping issues reported with broken glasses on delivery, but replacements provided quickly. Cost considered high but justified by quality.

“Vision” is only in name but Borosil lacks the vision in its tumblers

Thickness of the glass is not as advertised in the official video, it’s fragile not sturdy. Not only this size but all vision category has this thin glass……Why Borosil is so concerned about saving glass material ?
Rest of the characteristics mentioned are excellent one but thickness is where I find this glass lacking & it’s lacking by miles.

    Hi
We are sorry the product did not meet your expectations, we have noted your feedback.
Please note the Borosilicate glass used in Vision glasses is thin but toughened hence please be assured about the sturdiness of the glass used.
    Thanks
