The 5 layers of non-stick coating help to reduce oil consumption as you need very little to no oil for cooking on a non-stick surface. The non-stick surface is scratch resistant so you can continue to use your metal ladles and spoons to cook. The body of the cookware is made of die-cast aluminium; it is strong and durable. It will not bend or corrode with use and helps to save fuel by heating quickly, retaining the heat and then distributing it evenly across the cooking surface.

    Usage & Care

    Dos

    • For best performance, cook on low to medium heat flame.
    • For best performance, use a burner nearest in size to the diameter of the pan bottom. This will ensure uniform heating and will avoid hot spots and overheating of sidewalls and handles.
    • Always let cookware cool down before putting it in water.
    • Store carefully to avoid scratches on the inner side of the cookware.
    • Wash with warm, soapy water and a sponge.
    • Dishwasher safe.

    Don'ts

    • Do not heat empty nonstick cookware as it can damage the coating. Preheat on low for 1 minute only.
    • Avoid storing food in non stick pans, as the acidic content on some foods can damage the coating.
    • Avoid drastic temperature changes to improve the life of the coating. Allow the pan to cool down before washing.
    • Do not use wire brushes, scourers or abrasive cleaners that can damage the coating.
    • Never cut food with a knife in the pot or pan.
