    Rates are very high for spares

    Cap quality is very cheap . Its handle who help to hold bottle breaks so frequently I placed 3rd order in 6 months.When bottle is for 999 then why cap costs 350 . It's very expensive.

    I requested to return the lid weeks ago and the app cancelled my request without giving any valid reason. I have been mailing Borosil ever since but haven’t received any response. It has become so difficulty to return an item back to borosil. Highly unsatisfied by the services. Kindly consider my request
