    Wrong product delivered

    Need Both the Lid compatible with HYDRA MODEL. NOT for THERMO MODEL. returned 2nos Lid already. But this time I am afraid whether I will get the Correct product or not. Sent 3 vedios. Done everything from my end. I just want to say a simple sentence, Please Check both the flip Lid before you send again, & it has to be Compatible with HYDRA MODEL. I DON'T NEED THE THERMO MODEL REPLACEMENT FLIP LID....IT will never solve the leakage issue. Request you to put focus on the issue. HYDRA & THERMO ARE DIFFERENT MODEL. I NEED BOTH THE FLIP LEAD FOR HYDRA NOT FOR THERMO. PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND. I hope i can expect this much attention from a REPUTED COMPANY LIKE BOROSIL.
