    Replacement Request for Defective Hydra Cap – Order No. 11197642

    Hello Borosil Team,

    My name is Kesave, and I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

    I recently purchased a replacement cap for my Borosil Hydra bottle. The order number is 11197642, and it was delivered on 16 December 2025.
    Unfortunately, within just 13 days of usage, the replacement cap has already started to crack.

    I have also already spoken with your customer care team, and they have provided Ticket ID: B291225154840 for reference.

    The bottle itself is exactly one year old and was originally purchased from Amazon.
    Due to the cracked cap, I am currently unable to use the bottle.

    I kindly request you to provide a replacement for the defective cap at the earliest.
