I could not use it since it does not get fitted. I tried various methods to implement. It would have been help if you provided a video guide on it's installation. But sadly, you refused to do so. Since the item was costing only Rs. 180.00 I consider this as a contribution to Borosil because I do not want to get into unncessary transaction

We currently do not have a reference video available. However, we suggest placing the product in lukewarm water for a few minutes and then trying to fit it—it should attach properly to the main container.
