- Use in electric oven, convection oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer.
- Pre grease your dish before pouring in food meant for baking.
- Pre heat oven before use for best result.
- Allow frozen dish to reach to warm a bit before putting it in the oven for reheating (however, straight from the fridge to the oven is ok)
- Allow hot dish with food to cool a bit before putting it into the freezer (putting a hot dish into the fridge, however, is ok)
- Wash with soap and a soft sponge, or in the dishwasher
Don't
- Do not use over direct flame.
- Do not allow the food to dry completely in the oven.
- Do not put the hot dish on cold or wet surface.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers to ensure scratch free surface.
- Do not use the plastic lid in conventional oven or microwave oven. It is not recommended that plastics be heated, as research shows that the plastics leach chemicals at a higher rate when heated.

the lids of the glass mixing bowl are made of pp plastic and are not microwave or oven safe. the bowls with lid are spill proof
does the lid of the glass bowl have holes or a steam vent to let steam out while cooking in the microwave?
the glass bowl lids are made of plastic and are not meant to be used in the microwave or oven. the glass bowl with lid can be used for reheating for up to 2 minutes but we do not recommend using plastic in the microwave at all.
how long can i put the mixing bowl with lid in the oven / microwave?
the glass bowls are made of the highest quality borosilicate glass and can be used in the oven or microwave at the highest temperature setting for any duration you want. but the lid should not be used in the oven or microwave
can the glass bowls be used on a gas stove?
no, these glass bowls are not flame proof.
can the glass bowls be used on an induction cooktop?
no, as glass is not an induction friendly material it will not work on an induction cooktop.
can we use the glass bowls for convection cooking in the microwave?
yes, since our glass range is made of the highest quality borosilicate glass, it can be used for convection cooking in the microwave. any other ordinary glass or cheaper quality borosilicate glass can explode in convection mode.
can the glass bowls be put directly from the fridge to the microwave, and microwave to the fridge, or do i have to bring it to room temperature first?
yes. since our entire glass range is made of the highest quality borosilicate glass, it is made to withstand extreme temperature differences. you do not need to first bring it to room temperature - it can go directly from microwave to fridge and back, without a single crack.
