    • After cooking, instantly transfer the steamy hot contents without delay and close the lid
    • Always fill the container to full capacity for longer temperature retention. Keeping it less than full may reduce heat quickly
    • Do not open multiple times after filling with food as it will quickly reduce temperature of contents.
