    What makes our product great

Slightly unbalanced, one mug has small bulges in the bottom rim

One of the mug is unstable. I mean the bottom rim has 2 small bulges, it doesn't balance well, keeps dangling.
Worst part is I have also discarded the packings, cant even return.
If Borosilicate could send me one more Blue Polka dot mug 400 ml which balances well, I can then use that packing to return this one.

    Let me know.
