    Unsatisfactory purchase

    Few days before I have received one set of (10pc) dinner set .One pc of bigger bowl found to be cracked in upper side egde. I requested you to just replace that bowl only , not the whole set .As advised I have also send the pic. taken by mobile. Since the crack was tiny, in the upper lip , moreover the colour was white, hence not clear to identify. My request was denied on the ground the pic was not clear. I am customer and received one damaged item , it's true,otherwise why I will request for replacement !! You should think that a sr. citizen at this age not expected to give a false statement. However after the denial , I accepted the situation, will continue with that cracked one. But I am totally dissatisfied with you deal.
