Hi Prayag, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with your personalised bottle and its performance. Enjoy your warm water all day long!

Very dissatisfaction with the service and product

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order, 11061343.
On July 29th, I placed an order for a bottle. After a significant delay, the product was finally delivered on August 11th, but it arrived dented and damaged.
The entire process has been incredibly frustrating. I made multiple follow-up calls and emails regarding the delivery status, but each time I received a generic, unhelpful response from your service desk. Despite my repeated requests, there was no escalation point or grievance support provided, which made it impossible to get a clear answer or resolve the issue.
Now that a faulty product has been delivered, I'm being asked to log yet another ticket for the same issue. This is an unacceptable level of service. The lack of accountability and the inability to resolve a simple delivery and product issue in a timely manner is a serious problem.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including the immediate shipment of a new, undamaged product. I also strongly urge you to review your customer service protocols to ensure that other customers don't have to endure such a poor experience.

The bottle is good as I used it earlier too. This time I purchased customized one but I'm kittle bit disappointed as the name is written in veey small space n the icon is small too. They must be large.

Hi Deena , Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the customization didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll ensure the name and icon are made larger next time. Thanks
