    Quality not upto the mark

    Cap quality is poor. The rubber (Anti slip pad) at the base is not properly installed, gives an irritating feel when you put it on a solid surface as the rubber is elevated at one end.

    As there’s no intake vent for air and the mouth piece is kind of ill defined, the flow of liquid into the mouth is awkward.

    The product has been excellent and does the job what it says on the tin. Only small suggestion is to improve colour quality as it happened before that even with minor scratches, colour removed and shows metal product underneath

    The coffee remains hot for 3 hours maximum, against company’s mention of 8 hours. I bought vacuum flask assuming duration of hot liquid will last at least 8 hours, but not so. Hence disappointed, and say response is fair only
