    I purchased the Borosil Glory Green Tiffin, but I was extremely disappointed to find that the lid’s locking clip was already broken when I opened the product. A small piece had broken off before the very first use.

    For a brand like Borosil, I expected much better quality and proper quality checks before dispatching products to customers. Receiving a defective product right out of the box is unacceptable, especially when it is a newly purchased item.

    This raises serious concerns about the product’s quality control and durability. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and expect Borosil to take responsibility and provide a replacement rather than making customers deal with defective products.

    I would not recommend this product unless Borosil improves its quality control and ensures that customers receive products in perfect condition.
