    Horrible service

I had to follow up and finally get a 5 day delayed delivery after which the product sent was incorrect. I was away from home and it was my parents who collected the parcel, of course they wouldn’t know what I ordered and hence discarded the package that came along, when I reached home I understood that the product sent was wrong and when I raised a ticket the support was asking for an inboxing video which of course is not possible now. I did aend the picture of the product. And yet there’s no support. This is the worst company. Never going to order from Borosil again

    Hi Nithin,
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the delay and incorrect product received. We completely understand your concern.
While unboxing videos are part of our standard verification process, we understand this may not have been possible in your case. However, without a valid reference (order details/unboxing proof), we are unable to verify the concern and assist further.
    Thanks.
