    Received the product as expected

    I got both the lids for my 400ml lunch box and they fits perfectly. One improvement that can be done is to sell the gasket separately than selling it with the lid, this way customer can buy gasket alone rather than ordering the whole lid set because gaskets goes bad faster than the entire lid set. Rest, it was a great buy.

    Very poor service , I received a wrong product, even after repeated complaint, no proper response, very disappointing , if customer service, they ask to mail and mailed no response it is automated, no replacement was done
