This 240ml lid with gasket set receives mixed feedback. Customers said "lids are wonderful" and appreciated the quality and packaging. However, sizing issues dominate concerns - many found lids "way smaller" than expected, with incorrect product descriptions causing frustration. Return policy difficulties also noted.

Wrong description

The description given is totally false. Before ordering I had checked by filling water in the bowl, which was exactly around 240 ml (nowhere it was 400 ml), even diameter of the cap was exact match but what I received was smaller size. The diameter calculated by you seems along with the clip used for closure. (again this was not defined anywhere). Due to this misinformation, I ended up having things which was not my requirement. I strongly recommend replacement or refund for this order which if I take to consumer court, will get it.

Hi Devesh,

Best material quality & packaging

Good packaging and good quality material. Appreciate that Borosil has kept an option available for the lids purchase when the glass are durable a lot but lis tend go useless over periaod of time. The Glass would have been of no use if there has been no option.

Thanks once again.

A happy customer of Borosil

Supply in time
