3. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

- Clean the glass surface and drip trays regularly with mild detergent
- Use the included tandoor stand on low to medium flame only
- Ensure rubber legs are properly balanced on the kitchen platform
- Use the cleaning pin weekly to maintain burner efficiency
- Do not place hot utensils directly on the glass surface
- Avoid using harsh or acidic cleaners on glass or drip trays
- Do not drag cookware across the glass top
- Avoid leaving burners on without cookware placed on them
