    Wrong image description

    Image description shows blue silicon gasket but received white. CC does not know about their own products, wasted eachothers time in unnecessary return and replacements.

    As per cc there is no blue silicon and yet they have not removed the wrong images, which makes me feel that cc was trying to close the complicated issue.

    Unable to reach escalation, grievance, cs head. Please contact me on my email . I want an official response for accountability. I know you control reviews, you don't have to publish it but this to bring it to your attention and provide me a resolution if your cc is wrong.

    There was an error in the listing of the product and it has been corrected.
    The gasket is of white colour only, we do not have any gasket in blue colour
