    Need a demo video of how it can be used for various purposes

    It would be better if you can put a video of your website along side the item about how it can be used for various purposes. eg we dont understand how it can be used for burning cotton wicks in oil and at the same time it can be used as oil / camphor diffuser.

    I have tried to reach out to complain but got no response.The diffuser which is a brand new one had chipped off brown spots on the brass when i unboxed it after delv. Wanted to speak to someone about it on the WhatsApp no which is useless as i never got a call back as requested.

    Suggestion

    The diffuser is really good..only one suggestion if u can increase the length of glass chimney..as the the flame within mins start to boil the essential oil or champhor which then start to give burning smell at times...

    So a glass chimney of a bigger lenth will be good to balance the heat of flame
