Its fine. There is One thing I wish was different. I bought a 1 li. capacity kettle. I find min water level is at 500mL - half of full capacity. Wish it was like 300 mL as on my old kettle. Your reqd. min. is resulting in waste of energy and time in my normal use of 1 cup

    Hi Vinod
We are sorry for the experience.
Thank you for the feedback, we have made a note of the same.
    Thanks

Good but has scope for betterment

The Borosil Cooltouch SS Electric kettle is good. We have been using it for more than ten days. The water gets heated quickly. The cord is long. The packaging was also good. We had no problem in getting the warranty. The minus point is the lid - it does not open fully making refills and cleaning difficult.

    Hi Devaki
We are sorry for the experience and will share your details with the concerned team.
We hope you liked the product.
    Thanks

    Measurement of water inside

The Max. & Min. mark is not properly positioned. I would prefer the marks on the outer wall. I was using a bajaj kettle hitherto and am accustomed to that.

Thank you Susobhan. we have noted your feedback.

Very neat design and perfect for anyone who frequently needs 1 liter boiling water. Saves good am...

A perfect no fuss kettle. Design is nice, no sharp corners, so it doesn't hurt while handling. Very good for senior members of the family who usually like to have warm or boiling water. It automatically shuts off when the water starts boiling.
