The cooltouch exterior is safe to touch at all times. 1800 watts of power boil water faster than traditional methods; you can boil 1.8 L of water in about 7-8 minutes.     Looks are okay but it has a mid to low level touch. The grab handle seems to be coming off at the seam, a cheap feel rather for a 1.8k kettle.

    The power cord supplied by u have an 15 Amps male type socket, in travel and stay in Hotels they provide mostly only a 5 Amps male type socket so in future or in other kettle models kindly use a 5 Amps male type socket so that it will be convenient for all.

    Works, but quality is not as good as expected from Borosil

    The kettle works okay, but is rather noisy (whilst heating) and some steam seems to be escaping from the on/off button on the handle (the placement of the button should be changed). Also, after one week of using the kettle some part seems to have come loose inside and can be heard moving about when the kettle is being handled. I wish the kettle was built with more consideration to design and sturdiness.
