    Extremely Disappointed- Highly Unprofessional Experience

    I ordered a Borosil bottle with customisation, but the first order arrived without the text due to an error on their end. I was asked to return it and reorder. After placing the second order, I even emailed them to remind about the customisation, and they assured me it would be done. Yet again, I received a plain bottle.
    I’ve now wasted almost 20 days because of repeated mistakes. Truly unexpected and deeply disappointing to see this level of unprofessionalism from a brand like Borosil. I will definitely think twice before ordering any customised product from them again. Not satisfied at all.
