Customers praised the bottle as "sturdy" and "solid design" with excellent quality. However, some received defective units with lid closure issues causing leaks. A few reported scratches upon delivery. While shoppers appreciated the personalization options and robust build, concerns about quality control and customer service responses were noted.

We received defective product and complained immediately when we received. But till date no resolution for that. Awful experience and never going to order again for sure as I feel being cheated.

I received a defective bottle
Also I raised complaint but the only response was ki we will change lid of bottle not entire bottle
Hi Anisha, we're sorry to hear about the issue with your bottle. Our team is already in touch with you over email and we will get the same resolved . Thanks
B
The lid of bottle is not closing properly and water leaks when i turn the bottle upside down. I already have 2 similar bottles so got this one personalised. I am or was a regular customer. I wanted to get a replacement for the bottle and requested to send me same bottle, uploaded screenshot as was asked but got rejected as i didn’t upload a video which wasn’t mentioned. As it was personalised bottle, they rejected replacement as well. Most likely i won’t order anything again from Borosil.
