It takes significantly more time to bake. The grill shelf is weak - bending with heavier items.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase and subsequent handling of return request as I have received the product on 13 th Aug with manufacturing defect a significant gap is notice in the oven door I have talked to customer care several times yet there is no prompt action everyday I’m taking follow ups for Return and Refund of the product. It has been more than 20 days now yet the team is giving poor excuses. Such as your PIN is unserviceable, I want to know how the product reached to the same location without any delay. I didn’t received any notification from your pickup partner about the pickup neither did they call yet your customer team says, the pickup failed, the delivery guy couldn’t connect, you are misleading the consumer, and this is totally unacceptable. This poor service has severely damaged my faith in the brand. I am requesting and immediate timeline for pickup n Refund without any further delay. Otherwise I have to post on social media about the issue and poor customer service.
Hi Ketaki,
We truly apologize for the inconvenience. The issue has been escalated, and we’re arranging the pickup at the earliest. We’ll ensure the refund is processed without further delay.
Thanks

V
It is an ecomical, compact OTG useful for a small family. Cakes, muffins, pizzas, sandwiches come out very well. Due to convection there is uniform heating inside the oven. Worth the price
Hi Vijay,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! Glad to know the OTG is meeting your needs.
Thanks.

Borosil Prima Pro 30L Oven Toaster Griller (OTG)
Have a question?
Is the Prima Pro 30L OTG the right size for me?
A 30-litre OTG suits couples and small to medium families of 2 to 4, and anyone buying their first OTG. It is compact enough to sit on a normal kitchen counter while still fitting a cake tin, a tray of cookies, or a small pizza.
What fits inside the 30L chamber?
The 30-litre chamber fits an 8 to 9 inch cake tin, a 9 to 10 inch pizza, a tray of cookies, or a chicken up to about 1.5 kg on the rotisserie. For a single family meal or weekend baking, 30 litres is enough.
Can I bake a cake in the Prima Pro 30L OTG?
Yes. With convection heating, temperature up to 230 degrees Celsius, and a 60-minute timer, it bakes one cake tin of cakes, cookies, or bread evenly. The included recipe book has recipes sized for this OTG.
Does the 30L OTG have a rotisserie?
Yes, it has a motorised rotisserie that slowly turns a chicken up to about 1.5 kg for even roasting, plus a grill rack for paneer tikka and kebabs.
How long does the Prima Pro 30L OTG take to preheat?
At 180 degrees Celsius, it preheats in about 8 to 12 minutes. Because the chamber is compact, it heats up a little faster than larger OTGs.
How do I clean the Prima Pro 30L OTG?
Let it cool, remove the crumb tray, cooking tray, and grill rack, and wash them with warm soapy water. Wipe the chamber and glass door with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers inside.
What warranty does it come with?
A 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with on-site service. Raise a service request, and an engineer will visit your home.
