    Extremely Disappointing Quality and Terrible Delivery Experience

    ​I had high expectations from Borosil given their brand reputation, but this purchase was a complete disappointment from start to finish.
    ​Extremely Delayed Delivery: The flask took an absurd 15 days to reach me. Waiting over two weeks for a basic order is completely unacceptable standard of service.
    ​Poor Quality & Durability: To make matters worse, one of the glass items broke on the very first day of use under normal handling. Borosil products are supposed to be durable, but the glass quality proved to be fragile and sub-par.
    ​Between the frustratingly slow shipping and fragile, poor-quality items, this was an overall terrible buying experience. I would strongly advise buyers to look elsewhere before purchasing.

    I purchased the Borosil Nova 500ml Blue water bottle and started using it for office, carrying it carefully in my office bag. Within just 3–4 days, it already developed a visible scratch. This makes me question the paint quality, as I expected it to last much longer. For a product priced at ₹700, the paint scratching/peeling off so quickly even with careful usage is disappointing and not acceptable.

    Good build but some faults

    The bottle is light and build quality is really good. The delivery was also quick.

    There were some faults with the bottle:
    1-The lid on tightening doesn’t align with the borosil logo or my name
    2-the bottles paint usually starts scrapping off as mentioned in Amazon reviews
