- Use a silicone or wooden spatula to remove sandwiches
- Wipe plates with a damp cloth once cool - non-stick makes cleaning easy
- Use butter/oil lightly if you want an extra crispy golden finish

- Don’t use metal spoons or knives on the non-stick plates
