Good product with Good service

Nice

The bottle colour is really pretty. But the encarving of the names isn't good. May be if printed would have been better, it looks messy.

Hi Kaushikee, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind words about the color and will take your suggestion into consideration to improve the engraving quality.

Personalised Laguna Stainless Steel Single Wall Bottle, Red

The quality of the bottle is very poor. It does not maintain the temperature of the water and fails to keep it cold for the expected duration. I am disappointed with its performance.

Hi Sumit,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. You can please share us email at myborosil@borosil.com.
Thanks.

Great product....

Product with personalised name on it...just looks awesome... quality of the product is also good... only one drawback, the name would be little more big..it's just too small on that 1lt bottle

Hi Bharath, thank you for your positive feedback! We appreciate your suggestion regarding the size of the name on the bottle and will consider it for future customizations. Glad you liked the product!

Issue

1 ordered 8 bottles (4 customized and 4 plain steel )The bottle design, color and customization are good. but there is a verry serious issue to be addressed.

the caps of the bottles are not firm. after we gently close the cap and try to lift the bottle from the braided strip attached to the cap, the cap jumps of the threads on the neck of the bottle. this can also be seen by pushing the cap from one side after closing. it pops open when to push it from below from one side.

Should have ordered one bottle first, I put so much trust in BOROSIL.

Hi Kanchan, We apologize for the inconvenience. We have emailed you asking few details, please share at earliest so we can help you further. Thanks

Looks really great, but could use some work

I like the colour, I like the laser cut printing and its accuracy, Quality of bottle is great too.
However, one area of improvement would be to treat the laser cut print with something so that internal steel which is visible, doesn’t appear black. The printed area has blackened out due to laser I think. Just that and it would be 10/10. Currently its 9/10.

Hi Tomas😊
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you’re happy with our product. It truly means a lot to us.

The cap's metal covering was cracked, just can't believe it. Even the Bottle's finishing quality, the personalisation and brand print to be precise, was not good and there were burn marks.

Stainless Steel Water Bottle

I’ve been using this stainless steel bottle for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. The build quality feels solid and premium — no flimsy parts, no odd smells, and definitely no cheap plastic taste. The double-wall insulation works exactly as promised: cold water stays chilled for hours, and hot beverages remain warm well into the afternoon.

The sleek, minimal design makes it easy to carry around at work, the gym, or while traveling. The lid seals tightly, so there are zero leaks even when I toss it in my bag. I also appreciate that it’s sweat-proof; the exterior doesn’t get damp, which is a small but important detail.

Cleaning is straightforward since the wide mouth allows a brush or even ice cubes to fit in without hassle. Plus, it’s eco-friendly — a sturdy alternative to disposable plastic bottles.

If I had to nitpick, it can be a little heavier than a plastic bottle, but that’s the trade-off for durability and insulation.

Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone who wants a reliable, stylish, and long-lasting bottle. Great value for the quality.

Hi Syed Atif,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the stainless steel water bottle and that it's meeting your expectations in both performance and design.
Your kind words about the insulation, leak-proof design, and eco-friendliness mean a lot to us. We also appreciate your honest observation about the weight — it's true that durability sometimes comes with a bit of heft.
Thanks again for recommending our product. We’re glad to be part of your daily routine!
